Annie & Malvin were fully convinced they could not afford a home of their own and merely came in to see us for an information session they thought could help them in the future.

They were surprised to learn that owning a home was an option on the table for them, right NOW!

After carefully exploring their options, we found them a suitable block in their preferred suburb of Sinagra which is where they are currently renting.

With our help, they were able to secure a lot in the newly developed, and much sought after Caporn Park in Sinagra.

Despite a few hurdles along the way in 2020 such as COVID and their family getting stranded in Australia with them, we were still able to make relevant adjustments along the way and they have since received their formal approval.

They will now be able to move from their current single garage 3×2 rental into a double garage, 4×2 home with a theatre and study and ample backyard space that they can call HOME
